How do I place an order?
You can place your order by using the on-line order form, over the phone or by fax.

How do I know you received the order?
Once the order is received, you will receive a phone call confirming the details of your order.

How long will it take to get my flyers?
Orders in by 10 AM today are available by 10 AM tomorrow Monday through Friday, weather permitting.

Who takes the photos for the flyers?
Custom Estate Flyers has a team of individuals specially trained in shooting property and scenery photos.

Who will schedule the photo shoot?
If the order is submitted on-line, you will receive a call as soon as the order is received confirming the order details and shoot time or we will call the home owner to schedule. You may include instructions for photo shoot time with your order.

Do I have to be at the photo shoot?
You are not required to be at the photo shoot. However, you are more than welcome to attend and provide your input.

If the house is vacant, will the photographer be able to use the lockbox?
No, our photographers are not Real Estate Agents and do not have Lock Box Keys. If the Owner is not available, the Agent will need to accompany the photographer.

How many photos will be taken?
Generally 15-30 shots are taken. We then use the best shots to ensure the best quality flyer or brochure.

How do I pick the layout I want?
You can view the layouts online or we can arrange for a consult to design a custom flyer.

When will the flyers be delivered?
Usually delivery is 10AM the next business day. Other arrangements are possible, please contact us.

Where will the flyers be delivered?
The flyers can be arranged to be delivered to your office, home or property.

If I want other items, what do I do?
Call to inquire if something you want is not listed on the order form.

How do I get copies of photos that I can use on MLS or on my web site?
Check that item on your order and we will provide web sized photos on disk or will load the photos for you on MLS.

What do I do if I need reprints of flyers I’ve ordered?
Call us or go to our web site for reordering.

If a mistake is made on a flyer, what do I do?
If the mistake is our fault, we will correct immediately at no charge. If the error is the fault of the agent or is simply a change to the original order, a $15 edit fee is charged in addition to the cost to reprint.

If I place an order and the house sells before I receive the flyers, do I have to pay for them?
Any work performed up to the point of notification of the sale will be charged.

Can I get the flyer on disk or can it be emailed to me?
Yes, for a small charge you can receive a copy of the full resolution photos. Since the formats of flyers belong to CEF, only a low resolution copy of the flyer can be emailed or provided to you on disk.
